In-stock items - will be shipped within 10 business days after ordering.
Pre-Ordered Items - 14~28 business days for delivery after placing order
Please do not order if you are not waiting!
Pre-ordered items may be subject to temporary stock outages, color changes, delayed delivery, etc.
If the order does not arrive for more than 21 working days, we will arrange to split the order and send out the goods.
Please check the condition of the product before purchasing. If you cannot accept the product, please do not place an order.

The order will be automatically displayed as "Paid" within a short period of time after successful payment by credit card.
If the payment status shows "Payment Failed", the system will cancel the order automatically.

Each screen has a different color rendering, it is inevitable that there will be a color difference, please consider before purchasing if you have strict requirements on color.
Due to the different measurement methods of individuals, a flat measurement of plus or minus 3cm is a reasonable range.
Intimate undergarments and accessories Due to personal hygiene issues, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after sale.
However, the regularity of the size does not fit the person who wants to return the goods, will not be able to continue to serve you, we recommend that you go to other physical stores to buy!

Please contact our customer service within 3 days from the date of package return and complete the payment to reship the package.

*Merchandise Returns
Each product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure that the product is correct before shipment.
If there are any defects that were overlooked or if you have any concerns about the product, please contact us.
Please send us a close-up photo of the defect and a description of the location of the defect within 3 days (including the day of receipt) at our customer service center.
*Description of the scope of defects: Any reasonable problems that may occur in the mass production of garments are not considered as defects.
(e.g. grommets are not opened completely, threads are exposed, buttons are slightly loosened, marking lines, leather wrinkles, woolen materials, etc.)
(Dye smell of fabrics such as denim, uneven color due to special materials or different color rendering positions, residual glue of shoe accessories)
Slight extrusion caused by the shipping process, screen color difference, wear the wrong fit, the size does not fit, the material of the product is different from the imagination and other personal factors, are not included in the scope of defects.
Defective products can only be exchanged for new products of the same model and color, and cannot be exchanged for other products.
*If you need to return or exchange an item after it arrives, please submit a return or exchange request within 7 days (including the day of receipt).
We will reply as soon as possible to inform you of the return process.
Please send the product together with the order details within 7 days after receiving the reply message.
No exchange after the expiration date
*Returns and exchanges must be free of any damage and with the tags intact.
If the product has been put under water, or if there are traces of use, including sweat, perfume, cigarette smoke, odor, flooring, foundation, animal hair, or artificial stains, the product will be treated with the same care.
In case of any of the above circumstances, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange request and will send it back to you by cash-on-delivery.
Returned or exchanged items should be sent back with original packaging, shoeboxes and accessories, please do not send shoes directly in shoeboxes.
*Return/exchange parcel delivery postage will be at the buyer's expense.
If the amount of the refund is less than the free shipping amount after deducting the amount of the returned goods, the refund amount will be deducted from the original order shipping cost.
