Fraud Prevention Campaign
Dear Customer
GRACIAS will not, under any name or for any reason, request information about your financial account or credit card from you via SMS or telephone, nor will it ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM in any of the ways mentioned above.
If you receive such a call or SMS, please be alert and do not trust the instructions of unknown callers. If you have any concerns, please contact GRACIAS or call the Police Department 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for confirmation in the first instance.
When you receive a call that starts with "+", "+2", "+886", etc., please be alert to the fact that the caller has tampered with the phone number or is pretending to be a specific company, bank, or judicial authority. Do not click on unknown links, invitations from unrecognized LINE friends, or text messages.
Common fraudulent practices include "duplicate orders" and "mistaken installment payments" to convince consumers, and then requesting online banking or ATM operations. If the call is related to your bank account, please call your bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate your account or provide information, please decline the call to minimize the risk of fraud.
We also ask that you change your password regularly, strengthen your password (use a mix of upper and lower case English and numbers), and not enter your account password on public computers to improve information security.
GRACIAS To the best of luck!
